Foundation Leak Repair

Down spout right in the RED ZONE of moisture readings – suggest relocating to front of home. Gutter re-slope recommended

Interior excavation shows waterproof dimple board membrane exposed from previous work performed.

Moisture content noted on the interior. Very humid and moist soils.

Excavation required to expose and inspect foundation for cracks or deficiencies.

After cleaning the foundation wall thoroughly and inspecting it for cracks none where found. New emulsion was applied and a waterproof dimple board membrane was applied. This will ease the pressure on the wall and provide an additional layer of moisture protection.
